Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sylhet for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing and optimizing social media platforms, creating and writing engaging content, and ensuring effective communication with the audience. Day-to-day tasks include planning, creating, and scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing social media campaigns that align with the company's marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication skills and ability to effectively engage with the audience
• Experience in developing Content Strategies
• Excellent Writing skills
• Knowledge of performance metrics and analytics tools
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with the team in Sylhet
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Familiarity with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Ability to work on challenging rank
• Ability to headed the team
