Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Officer or Senior Officer - Field Training, located on-site in Tejgaon Thana. The role involves conducting training programs for field staff, assessing training needs, developing training materials, and monitoring the effectiveness of training sessions. The role also includes maintaining training records and reporting on training activities to management.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting and developing field training programs and materials
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Proficiency in maintaining training records and generating reports
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Background in Training fields is a plus
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Training, Human Resources, or related field
