Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tejgaon Industrial Area Thana for a Senior Sales Executive. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes negotiating contracts, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials. Exceptional customer service and the ability to understand customer needs are key components of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, sales strategy development, and meeting sales targets
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Ability to work with ownership inclduing manageing the wholes salesforce.
