Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive at our office located in Dhaka. The Front Desk Executive will be responsible for maintaining reception duties, handling phone calls, providing excellent customer service, and supporting students with their inquiries. The individual will also manage communication tasks, greet visitors, and ensure the smooth operation of the front desk area.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Customer Service experience
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Proficiency in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferable

Salary : 15,000/- BDT per month
