Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist - Study Abroad, located in Dhaka. The Receptionist will greet and assist visitors, students, and staff members, answer and direct phone calls, manage appointments, maintain filing systems, and handle general clerical duties. The role involves providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and ensuring the office environment is welcoming and efficient.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and strong Receptionist Duties skills
  • Knowledge of Clerical Skills and ability to manage filing systems
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in an educational or consultancy environment is a plus
  • Proficiency in using office software and equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus

Location : Panthapath

Monthly Salary is 15,000/- TK

Freshers are encouraged to apply
