Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Executive located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Front Office Executive will be responsible for handling receptionist duties, customer service interactions, managing front office operations, and ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, answering inquiries, handling bookings, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Front Office management
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant educational background or certifications in Hospitality Management
