EduNest Global is seeking a confident and well-organized individual to join our team as a
Receptionist & Social Media Coordinator
. This dual-role position blends front desk professionalism with digital communication, ideal for someone who thrives in both face-to-face and online engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and manage front desk operations
  • Handle customer communication via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Manage and update EduNest Global's social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Coordinate marketing content and respond to online inquiries
  • Assist with internal scheduling, documentation, and team coordination

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Honours (running or completed) / Masters
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bengali
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content posting
  • Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Prior experience in reception or digital communication is a plus
