Role Overview

We are seeking a
Senior Engineer – Technical Sales
who will drive business growth through strong client relationships, technical expertise, and solution-oriented sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and identify opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Present, propose, and deliver tailored technical solutions
  • Negotiate, close sales, and manage client agreements
  • Monitor performance and prepare regular sales reports

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's in
    Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Petroleum/Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum
    2+ years' experience
    in industrial B2B technical sales
  • Strong
    communication, presentation & negotiation
    skills
  • Willingness to
    travel frequently
    across Bangladesh

Compensation & Benefits


Probationary Salary:
30,000 – 35,000 BDT/month (based on experience)
