Role Description

GripperSoft is on the lookout for a
Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
who will be instrumental in building branding strategies for our clients, driving content marketing, and shaping strategic vision across multiple channels. This individual will closely collaborate with clients and our internal teams to create and implement tailored marketing campaigns.

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic professional who is eager to innovate, execute compelling content, and drive impactful marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong content-making abilities, an understanding of audience manipulation through storytelling, and a keen awareness of social media trends.

This is a
remote role
, which means you can join us from anywhere in Bangladesh. However, the right candidate should have a can-do attitude and a focus on deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to create innovative 
  branding and marketing strategies
• Develop and execute 
  content marketing
   campaigns and producing 
  high-quality copywriting
   across various channels (digital, social media, blogs, etc.)
• Craft compelling content that aligns with 
  brand messaging and engages
   target audiences
• Stay updated with current trends in marketing, branding, and social media
• Use strong 
  research skills
   to 
  analyze data
   and derive actionable insights
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly
• Track and measure the
  performance of campaigns
   and suggest improvements
• Manage 
  client relationships
   and ensure 
  client satisfaction
   through timely delivery of results
• Leverage AI tools
  for efficient problem-solving, 
  content creation
  , and to deliver high-quality outputs
• Create video content using AI tools like 
  veo-3 (a plus)
  to enhance marketing campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Education: 
  Minimum
   
  CGPA of 3.00
   out of 4.00 from a UGC-approved university
• 1 year of experience in branding or marketing are preferred (
  Agency experience
   is a plus)
• Fresh graduates 
  demonstrating strong knowledge, skills
   & confidence are encouraged to apply.
• Age: Not more than 30 years

Skills & Experience:

• Excellent 
  copywriting abilities
   with a keen eye for detail
• Knowledge of 
  e-commerce platforms
   and performance marketing strategies is a plus
• Background in sales or advertising sales will be beneficial for this role
• Strong understanding of social media 
  trends and content strategies
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• A visionary individual
  with a commitment to growth and innovation
• Proficiency in AI tools to enhance content creation and 
  solve marketing challenges efficiently
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and 
  proactive
   in driving tasks forward 
  independently and collaboratively
