Sales Head
Location: Bangladesh
Job Responsibilities and Accountability –
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis
- Lead Generation and Pipeline Management
- Client Relationship Management
- Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation
- Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Partnership Development
Qualification and Experience Required -
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A master's degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Must have sales experience any of the 2 domains: Infra/ Security/ Software OR Cloud domain
- B2B sales experience is a MUST
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Experience in negotiating and closing complex deals
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and data-driven decision-making.
- Relationship-building and networking capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
