Head of Sales

Lead and drive digital banking services across large corporate clients by promoting the bank's digital products, solutions, payment ecosystems, and transformation initiatives and by securing win-win deals. Ensure strong pipeline management, relationship building, revenue growth, and end-to-end delivery of digital solutions that support the Bank's strategic goals and national digitization agenda.
Managerial Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise sales teams covering Corporate segment nationwide.
- Spot & prioritize business building opportunities, develop compelling commercial cases, and secure win-win deals to deliver superior customer service
- Set sales strategy, targets, KPIs, and performance scorecards for all segment teams.
- Allocate resources and manage budgets to maximize sales efficiency and productivity.
- Build a culture of client-centricity, transparency, performance, and collaboration.
Functional Responsibilities
Large Corporate Sales & Relationship Management:
Engage C-suite leaders & other relevant teams of the corporate clients for digital transformation initiatives. Promote digital cash management, host-to-host connectivity, collection gateways, and bulk disbursement solutions. Conduct demos, negotiate commercials, and finalize institutional on-boarding. Expand corporate penetration through industry-wise strategies - FMCG, telco, logistics, utilities etc.
Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
Create partnerships with PSPs, FinTechs, aggregators, government platforms, and enterprise tech providers. Develop API-led ecosystem solutions for corporate clients.
Performance Analytics & Reporting:
Maintain dashboards on pipeline, conversion, revenue, and sales KPIs. Conduct forecasting, risk review, and strategic planning sessions.
Compliance & Risk Management:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (BB, BFIU, IT security). Maintain client due diligence, documentation accuracy, and AML/CFT compliance.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Economics/Finance/Engineering, or related discipline from a reputed university.
- At least 15 years of progressive experience in Corporate/Government/SME sales
- Strong track record of closing deals with Corporate/Government/SME

- Institutional and government sales expertise
