Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead high-impact sales strategies to expand Inovace's enterprise client base.
  • Drive revenue growth by engaging with medium and large organizations across industries.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs and decision-makers to position Inovace's IoT and software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to tailor solutions that fit client needs.
  • Maintain sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reporting.
  • Mentor and coach sales team members to help them meet targets.
  • Represent Inovace at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, delivery, support) for seamless onboarding and implementation.
  • Update CRM with accurate activity logs and pipeline details

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA or professional sales training will be an added advantage.
  • Experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales/Enterprise Sales.
  • Prior experience in technology, IoT, SaaS, automation, or enterprise solutions is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in handling large accounts and high-value deals
  • Skills & Competencies.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with CXOs, IT heads, procurement teams, and decision-makers
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Experience in proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiation
  • Leadership and team management capability
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and sales reporting
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets
