Head of Corporate Sales
Job Description / Responsibility
- To lead, manage, and oversee the entire Corporate Sales to achieve organizational sales goals.
- To develop long-term corporate sales strategies, business plans, and revenue growth models.
- To identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with high-value corporate clients.
- To organize daily, weekly, and monthly sales meetings to review performance, set priorities, and provide training.
- To create, monitor, and implement sales plans, targets, KPIs, and incentive structures.
- To conduct market research, competitor analysis and monitor business trends to guide decision-making and opportunities for improvement.
- To negotiate business deals, pricing agreements, corporate contracts and strategic partnerships.
- To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual business performance reports for management.
- To collaborate with Marketing, Product & Finance teams to develop effective sales campaigns and pricing strategies.
- To represent the company in corporate meetings, business trade shows, and promotional events.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Skills Required: Time Management, Target Achievement, Leadership and Good Communication skill., Collaboration and Teamwork
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
