Position Overview:

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the complete IT infrastructure and service delivery within the organization. This role encompasses both hands-on technical support and strategic leadership, ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate is a proactive and experienced IT professional capable of managing daily operations, leading digital transformation, ensuring cybersecurity, and optimizing IT investments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot infrastructure including servers, workstations, LAN/WAN, printers, and end-user devices.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, email systems, VPNs, and enterprise software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).

Manage IT asset inventory, licenses, hardware usage, and IT documentation.

Execute routine data backups, system updates, and disaster recovery protocols.

Develop and execute IT strategies that align with overall business objectives.

Lead IT initiatives such as cloud migration, infrastructure upgrades, and cybersecurity enhancements.

Oversee and manage enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and productivity tools.

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to support innovation and efficiency.

Prepare and manage IT budgets, monitor expenditures, and drive cost-effective technology investments.

Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, threat detection, and firewalls.

Conduct compliance checks and internal audits to meet security standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR).

Ensure data protection through backup, recovery, and user access control protocols.

Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and consultants to manage IT contracts and services.

Collaborate with internal departments to identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions.

Lead procurement and vendor evaluation for IT-related purchases.

Supervise and mentor IT support staff, ensuring performance and continuous learning.

Promote a collaborative and service-oriented IT culture.

Provide training and support to users on new systems and best practices.

Server & Cloud (Windows Server, VMware, Azure, AWS)

Enterprise Applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ERP Systems)

Cybersecurity & Data Protection Tools (Threat Detection, Antivirus, Backup & Recovery)

ITSM & Helpdesk Operations (ITIL framework, Ticketing Systems)

Documentation & Compliance (IT Policies, ISO Standards)
