We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our London-based printing company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire customer journey from handling enquiries through to order fulfillment by closely coordinating with our production team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are fully understood and addressed. Communication will be done mostly by email and whatsapp.


• Manage enquiries, quotations, and order updates in a clear and timely manner.


• Liaise with the production team to ensure smooth order processing and on-time delivery.


• Take ownership of customer issues, providing proactive solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.


• Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:


• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently with an ownership mentality.


• Should have prior experience or a strong eagerness to learn basic design skills, including creating mockups, vectorization, and understanding of printing tools and industry practices.


• Previous experience in customer service, or a related role (experience in the printing industry is a plus).

Salary: BDT 18,000 – 25,000/month (based on experience and skill)


• Probation: BDT 10,000/month for the first 2-3 months


• Salary reviewed quarterly. Can be incremented to BDT 30k or more within first year.

Work Schedule (Remote)


• 5.5 working days per week


• Full day off every Saturday


• 12 days of annual leave


• Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM


• Breaks included for Asr, Maghreb & Isha Salah, plus dinner.
