Overview

We are seeking a versatile AI/Full-Stack Engineer to help design and deliver intelligent automation and integration solutions powered by large-language-model technologies.

The role combines hands-on AI development with solid full-stack engineering, beginning with a focused proof-of-concept project and evolving into a leadership position as our AI initiatives scale across multiple clients and domains.

ResponsibilitiesAI Integration / SDK Development

·     Build and refine Python-based SDKs and tools that connect LLM workflows with enterprise APIs.

·     Design and test structured prompt templates, tool-calling patterns, and validation logic.

·     Ensure consistent, schema-based outputs for seamless downstream integration.

·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI features with application workflows.

Full-Stack Engineering

·     Develop lightweight REST/FastAPI endpoints and integration services.

·     Implement minimal front-end hooks or UI triggers (React or equivalent).

·     Handle configuration, logging, and test coverage for rapid iteration and maintainability.

Architecture & Growth

·     Contribute to technical design for future phases (data pipelines, scalability, CI/CD).

·     Establish coding standards, documentation, and best practices for AI engineering.

·     Provide mentorship and guidance as the team expands.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with LLM or agent frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI Tools, Semantic Kernel, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of REST API design, JSON schemas, and structured output handling.
  • Familiarity with FastAPI or equivalent frameworks; working knowledge of front-end integration.
  • Experience with version control, testing, and containerized environments (Docker).
  • Cloud deployment experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working in fast-moving, collaborative settings.
