Job Title: Sales Manager – Renowned Resort, Bangladesh

Location: Gazipur, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 5–8 years in Sales within the Hotel/Resort Industry

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.

  2. Drive business growth through acquiring new corporate clients, travel partners, event organizers, and key accounts.

  3. Build and maintain long-term client relationships and partnerships.

Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and develop proactive action plans.

  1. Lead the sales team to ensure performance, productivity, and service standards.

  2. Coordinate promotional events, packages, and marketing activities.

  3. Provide accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and market insights to management.

  4. Work closely with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  1. 5–8 years proven experience in sales within the hotel/resort/hospitality industry (Mandatory).

  2. Strong network with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event management companies.

  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business targets.

  5. Leadership capabilities and experience in managing a sales team.

  6. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.

  7. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
