Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Sales based in Dhaka. The Assistant Manager Sales will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The role involves developing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure product delivery and customer satisfaction. The candidate will be the face of the organization, ensuring excellent customer service and fostering long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, including client acquisition, negotiations, and achieving sales targets.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing sales strategies and conducting market analysis.
  • Strong business communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in report preparation and data analysis for sales performance tracking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to new challenges, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of the agricultural or food production sector is highly beneficial.
