We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Sales Administrator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong English communication abilities, and the ability to support sales advisors in managing client relationships and processing sales documentation.

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of sales operations. You will handle documentation, liaise with clients and third parties, and ensure all processes are completed accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales support within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support:
    Assist sales advisors in managing client records, proposals, and contracts.
  • Client Communication:
    Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and handling queries in a professional manner.
  • Documentation:
    Process, review, and maintain sales-related paperwork and agreements securely and accurately.
  • Coordination:
    Liaise with clients, internal departments, and external partners to ensure smooth transaction handling.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare and maintain sales reports, pipeline status updates, and performance summaries for the management team.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    Schedule meetings, manage correspondence, update CRM systems, and provide general support to the sales team.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or financial services (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in
    English (written and spoken)
    .
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM or sales software experience is an advantage.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently when required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum A-Levels or equivalent.
  • A degree in Business, Finance, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Candidates with proven
    English communication skills
    (academic or professional) will be prioritized.
