Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager, based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Social Media Manager will oversee and execute the company's social media strategies, including designing and implementing content plans, creating high-quality posts, and optimizing platform performance. Responsibilities include managing social media accounts, engaging with audiences, monitoring social media trends, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse audiences
  • Expertise in Content Strategy and Writing
  • Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and campaign development
  • Experience with data analysis tools to measure and improve social media performance
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Familiarity with the latest social media trends and tools
  • Previous experience managing social media platforms for a business is a plus
