We are looking for experienced Social Media Managers to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a robust understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, with proven experience in crafting engaging content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. These roles will involve developing social media strategies, creating content, and working closely with clients to enhance their online presence and achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies and campaigns for clients across various industries.
  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and responding to comments.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to provide insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, creative, development) to ensure social media efforts align with client goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep strategies current and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Experience in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Educational Requirements:

B.B.A. or M.B.A. in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputed university.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
