Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, enhancing the company's social media presence, and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will collaborate with various departments to align social media activities with overall business goals.

Job Responsibilities:

● Communicate with clients through calls, messages, and comments to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

● Develop and maintain weekly/monthly content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting.

● Ensure all social media content aligns with the company's brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

● Host live sessions to promote services, share updates, and engage with audiences in real time.

● Regularly call clients to share updates, promotions, and respond to inquiries.

● Maintain consistent feedback loops with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

● Support planning and execution of social media campaigns to boost reach and conversions.

● Track and report social media performance using analytics tools.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Ability to develop and execute Content Strategy
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the tech industry is a plus
