Role Description

As a full-time Social Media Manager at Shikkha Squared, you will manage and execute the company's social media strategies from our Dhaka office. Your role will include creating and scheduling engaging content, optimizing social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to drive engagement and growth. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaigns, respond to audience interactions, and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing Content Strategies and creating engaging social media campaigns
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements
  • Proficiency in using social media tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others)
  • Innovative mindset and a passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
