Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Banasree, Dhaka. The Social Media Manager will oversee the daily management of social media accounts, develop and implement social media strategies, and optimize content for various platforms to enhance engagement. Responsibilities include creating and curating content, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to align objectives. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends and tools to ensure maximum reach and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow social media presence
  • Strong Content Strategy and Writing skills to create engaging content tailored to various platforms
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with audiences and internal teams
  • Knowledge of analytics tools to measure social media performance and derive insights
  • Ability to stay updated with emerging social media trends and best practices
  • Prior experience in managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Creative mindset with a customer-centric approach
