Job Summary:

The Regional Service Manager will oversee the performance and compliance of authorised service providers across Bangladesh. This role involves close collaboration with national health authorities such as the National TB Program (NTP) and other public health initiatives under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW). The manager will also coordinate service logistics, including import/export processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and uninterrupted service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, Electronics, or related technical field.

  • Experience working with public health programs and donor-funded projects (e.g., Global Fund, UNDP, PFSCM) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Bangladesh's healthcare system and regulatory environment.
  • Familiarity with import/export processes and documentation in the medical device sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel across Bangladesh and other parts of South Asia.
