Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bio-Medical Engineer (Dialysis) located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Bio-Medical Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of dialysis equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role includes overseeing preventive maintenance schedules, conducting performance checks, and collaborating with clinical staff to ensure all biomedical equipment functions optimally. The engineer will also support the procurement of new medical devices and provide training to relevant personnel on equipment usage and safety procedures.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
  • Experience with Medical Equipment, specifically dialysis machines
  • Knowledge of Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Engineering principles
  • Good understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance in healthcare
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
