Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Manager located in Chattogram. The Field Manager will be responsible for overseeing field operations, coordinating with team members, managing projects on-site, and ensuring that all field activities align with company standards. They will also be responsible for client interactions, resource allocation, and maintaining project timelines and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management and field operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate team members
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of ATL, BTL, and Digital marketing solutions
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Chattogram
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
