About the Role

MIE Pathways Bangladesh is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Destination Manager – Australia & New Zealand
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving student recruitment for Australia and New Zealand destinations. This role requires in-depth knowledge of these markets, strong networks with educational agents, schools, and institutions, and the ability to guide students through every stage of their international education journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with educational agents, schools, and students specializing in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Oversee the team's day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations, effective follow-ups, and achievement of recruitment targets.
  • Update and manage all leads promptly on HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide expert guidance on program structures, entry requirements, scholarships, and visa processes for Australia and New Zealand.
  • Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on recruitment and conversion activities.
  • Actively promote Australia & New Zealand destinations through meetings, webinars, and recruitment events.
  • Train and support partners & counselors on destination-specific requirements and opportunities.
  • Represent MIE Pathways at education fairs, networking events, and conferences.
  • Track market trends, visa policy changes, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements of Australia and New Zealand.
  • Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to achieve recruitment goals.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Destination-specific knowledge of Australia & New Zealand (universities, colleges, visa processes, and compliance requirements).
  • Sales-driven mindset with a proven record in student recruitment.
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • Previous experience in destination management, counseling, or education recruitment will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) is a plus.
