Job Overview
:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Support Engineer with a strong background in POS software to provide exceptional technical support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting bugs, identifying errors, installing software, creating and managing databases, and addressing daily challenges faced by POS clients. This role requires a mix of remote and on-site support to ensure seamless operation of our POS solutions for businesses in pharmacies, retail, restaurants, and supershops/hypermarkets.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Provide software related customer support, ensuring timely issue resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot desktop applications, databases, LAN connections, printer connectivity, and other system-related errors.
  • Identify software bugs and errors, document the development requests, and collaborate with the development team for fixes.
  • Handle software implementation, including installation, configuration, and setup at client sites.
  • Deliver both physical and online product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
  • Provide training sessions for clients and end-users to ensure smooth adoption of software.
  • Build and maintain desktop databases with proper backup, accuracy, and performance monitoring.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, technical documents, and customer guides.
  • Support digital marketing activities such as social media promotions, content creation, and customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to gather feedback, suggest improvements, and enhance overall product performance.
