Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Intern Cloud Solution Specialist located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Cloud Solution Specialist to join our technical team for a dynamic learning experience. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge cloud solutions, mentored by industry experts. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist senior specialists with the implementation and configuration of cloud-based HCM solutions.
  • Learn to provide technical support by helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues under the guidance of the team.
  • Gain practical experience in developing, testing, and maintaining stored procedures and queries in Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Support the team in documenting technical procedures and creating support materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand technical specifications and contribute fresh ideas.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Recently completed a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A foundational understanding of database concepts and a familiarity with SQL.
  • A strong desire to learn about cloud computing, enterprise software, and client support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive, curious, and eager-to-learn attitude.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Azure platform.
  • Any previous project or coursework related to technical support or software implementation.
  • Basic knowledge of HR or other business management software concepts.
