Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a TC Specialist located in the Tejgaon Industrial Area Thana, with the flexibility to work remotely for certain tasks. The TC Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining vendor communications, overseeing quality assurance processes, coordinating technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with buyer requirements. Additionally, the role involves supporting production teams, resolving technical challenges, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional outputs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in technical communication, documentation, and specification analysis
  • Experience in quality assurance, compliance inspections, and vendor management
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including production and customer service teams
  • Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Merchandising, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the garments manufacturing or export industry is an added advantage
