Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Freight Forwarding Documentation Specialist. The specialist will manage freight forwarding documentation processes, ensure compliance with export regulations, coordinate with customers and carriers, and handle freight transportation arrangements. The role involves maintaining a high standard of customer service by addressing inquiries and ensuring efficient document handling.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation
  • Knowledge of export documentation and procedures
  • Skills in Forwarding and managing transportation logistics
  • Customer Service skills to nurture client relationships effectively
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with relevant software systems and tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
