Role Description

The International Telesales Specialist (Janitorial Campaign) role is a full-time on-site position located in Tejgaon Industrial Area Thana. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting janitorial services, managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves training customers on service offerings, addressing inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Janitorial Services and Housekeeping
  • Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and goals
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing is a plus
