Senior Student Counsellor (UK)
for our Dhaka office to provide expert advice and end-to-end support to students aiming to study in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Deliver personalized counselling to students, helping them explore UK study opportunities and select the most suitable courses and universities.

·     Provide step-by-step guidance throughout the application, admission, and visa process, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

·     Keep up to date with UK university policies, scholarships, and immigration regulations to provide accurate and reliable advice.

·     Conduct student consultations, workshops, information sessions, and outreach programs to support student engagement.

·     Build and nurture strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and institutional partners.

·     Mentor and support junior counsellors, ensuring high-quality service delivery and team effectiveness.

·     Monitor and manage student applications to guarantee smooth processing and maximize conversion rates.

·     Contribute actively to achieving enrolment targets and overall organizational growth.

Requirements

·     Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Education, Counselling, or a related field.

·     Minimum 3–5 years of counselling experience, with a strong focus on UK higher education.

·     Proven knowledge of UK universities, admission procedures, and visa requirements.

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English.

·     Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

·     Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and online research tools.

·     Leadership skills and prior experience mentoring a team are highly desirable.

Preferred Attributes

·     IELTS or other recognized English proficiency certifications.

·     Graduates from the UK or with international education experience.
