Job Summary :

MH Global Group is a versatile organization with a strong focus on education and career support. As part of its commitment to empowering students, the group also operates MIE English Academy, a leading institution for language and communication training.

We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Executive (CRE) for our MIE English Academy, Rampura Branch. The CRE will be responsible for managing student inquiries, providing course guidance, supporting admissions activities, and ensuring a positive experience for all students and visitors.

Key Requirements:

  • Greet and assist walk-in students and parents.
  • Provide information on English courses, fees, and schedules.
  • Counsel students to choose the right program (IELTS, spoken English, etc.).
  • Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Conduct follow-ups on leads to achieve admission targets.
  • Manage student registration and documentation.
  • Maintain and update student records and databases.
  • Prepare daily inquiry, follow-up, and admission reports.
  • Coordinate with trainers regarding batch schedules and student progress.
  • Inform students about class updates, tests, or events.
  • Collect fees and issue receipts or payment confirmations.
  • Support marketing activities and promotional events.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming front-desk environment.
  • Address student concerns and resolution of issues promptly.
  • Take regular feedback from students to improve service quality.
  • Promote additional or higher-level courses to existing students.
  • Ensure smooth communication between students, trainers, and management.
