Role Description
This full-time remote role as a Student Service Support team member will involve assisting students through effective communication, providing guidance, addressing inquiries, and offering support across various areas. Key responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, facilitating student counseling, guiding students in understanding educational opportunities, and assisting with student financial aid when needed. The role also requires collaborative teamwork and consistent engagement to support YouthBees members.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in student counseling and guidance
- Proficiency in customer service, including handling questions and addressing concerns
- Knowledge or experience with student financial aid processes
- Understanding of education systems and youth empowerment
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work effectively in a remote environment
- Ability to collaborate with team members and foster positive relationships
- A background in education, counseling, or related fields is preferred
