Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Customer Service Representative (Student). The role involves assisting customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling customer support tickets, providing guidance on platform usage, and ensuring customers have a positive experience. The Junior Representative will work closely with the team to improve customer processes and contribute to building strong relationships with users.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience
  • Experience with Customer Support and working as Customer Service Representatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
  • Enthusiastic, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on user success
  • Knowledge of online learning platforms or e-learning environments is a plus
  • Currently enrolled as a student or recent graduate
