The Front Desk Coordinator will be the first point of contact for members. Responsible for managing front desk operations and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer and screen incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally; offer to take detailed messages or transfer to voice mail as directed.
  • Provides quality customer service to all callers while being attentive to managing each call with dignity and respect.
  • Send messages via email to the appropriate staff when necessary.
  • Provides emotional support to members while being attentive to crisis and intervention strategies.
  • Communicate with staff regarding a variety of inquiries and requests for assistance.
  • Assist with Administrative tasks such as faxing, scanning, and sending documents to members via DocuSign.
  • Assist with sending outreach requests to front line staff.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in a front desk setting is preferred.
  • Proficient in EMR systems and managing patient data.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of member interactions.
  • Must be customer-service oriented, professional, and well-groomed.
  • Able to work in a remote, secure, and distraction-free environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team of clinical staff.
  • Ability to work independently.
