The Role

Own our
social media
,
offline stores alignment
,
website updates
, and
Facebook communities
to drive growth. The brands already have a foundation online and in-store; your job is to expand reach with unique ideas, nurture and build community, and make sure all sales channels are firing.

What You'll Do

  • Pages & Inbox:
    Oversee the
    front and inbox
    of each brand page; reply promptly and keep the voice on-brand.
  • Content Calendar:
    Plan and schedule posts for
    Kraftz
    ,
    Cube
    , and the corporate pages; coordinate copy visuals, and timing.
  • Community Growth:
    Grow and moderate
    Facebook groups
    ; spark discussions, polls, and simple events.
  • Website Upkeep:
    Keep products, banners, and promos up to date; maintain a simple changelog.
  • Store Alignment:
    Sync online campaigns with
    in-store
    promos; visit stores occasionally to understand products and capture authentic content.
  • Light Campaign Ops:
    Maintain link-in-bio, run basic boosts, and track post performance via
    Page Insights
    .
  • Weekly Report:
    Report on weekly updates in followers, group members, engagement highlights, inbox response time, website changes, and store notes.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and coordination; reliable with deadlines.
  • Organized with content calendars, inbox management, and basic Google Sheets.
  • A spark of passion for
    games, art, reading
    , or product exploration; curiosity goes a long way.

Schedule

2-month training period.
From month 3:
Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 10:00–18:00 with weekends.
Remote, with occasional store visits.
