Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Service Agent at Best Western Plus Runway, located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience, maintaining accurate records, and upholding the hotel's standards of service and hospitality.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in front desk operations and guest services
  • Proficiency in reservation and hotel management systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is preferred
