Job Description:

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and persuasive Tele-Counselor to join our dynamic team. The role involves reaching out to potential students, understanding their educational aspirations, and informing them about how HBD Services can help in realizing their international study goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective students and their families.
  • Provide detailed information about international education opportunities and services offered by HBD Services.
  • Answer queries and overcome objections to effectively convert inquiries into service interests.
  • Maintain and update customer database with call outcomes and follow-up details.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand targeted campaigns and initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed call and sales targets as set by the management.
  • Report regularly on call outcomes and provide feedback for improving telemarketing strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Tele-Counselling, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong English Proficiency & Command in English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a flair for persuasion.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting clients.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and proficiency in relevant computer applications.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • An understanding of the education sector and a passion for helping students is a plus.
  • Must have given IELTS with a minimum band score of 7 in Writing & Speaking.
