We offer you
As a Production Market & Office Manager in Bangladesh, you are responsible for the office of about 50 people and will drive and ensure that Kappahl's values are followed. You work strategically by support the business teams in developing our markets and supplier's value chains, operating prices, lead times, quality, and constant improvements in our sustainability work. Making sure Kappahl grow in an efficient, sustainable, and cost-conscious way. Focus for coming years is to develop and make sure Bangladesh will meet the EU and Kappahl requirement on Sustainability. Continue develop a high efficient and strategically driven business team.

The position is a full time, contract based employment with placement at our Production Office in Uttara, Dhaka.

Your profile
We are looking for you who a have a university education in relevant field. You have solid experience of similar work and have a well-developed financial understanding. You have previous experience working as a leader, preferably in retail. You are fluent in English in speech and writing and can convey messages and information in a simple and clear way both internally and externally.

You are strategic, analytical and result oriented and you thrive in a changing environment where no day is like the other. You embrace change and manage it by developing your team and yourself and through that, you drive constant improvements and innovation . You know that a team is always stronger than an individual and will implement the Kappahl culture in a relevant way.
