Assistant Product Manager

About the Role
Medipac Technologies Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and scientifically driven professional to join our IVD team. This role bridges scientific expertise and business development, focusing on new assay introduction, market evaluation, regulatory coordination, and scientific engagement with clinicians and laboratory professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for laboratory staff, clinicians, and sales teams on new assays and diagnostic technologies.
Establish assay superiority and differentiation against competitor products.
Evaluate market potential for new systems, assays, and technologies in Bangladesh.
Coordinate with sales teams to gather market intelligence and trends.
Engage with clinicians to influence test adoption and prescribing practices.
Manage all regulatory submissions, product registrations, and DGDA-related processes.
Liaise with principal companies for technical, regulatory, and product matters.
Plan and organize CME programs, workshops, and scientific seminars.
Qualifications & Experience
MSc/BSc in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related field.
6-8 years of experience in IVD, diagnostics, or laboratory operations.
Candidates with strong laboratory experience (even without direct industry background) are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bangla.
