JustGo is expanding fast, and we're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Specialist to help us scale. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth Sports Management SaaS company and have a direct impact on our commercial success
As a Sales Development Specialist, you'll play a key role in our growth by qualifying marketing-generated leads and converting them into sales opportunities. You'll reach out to prospects through targeted emails, social media, cold calls, and personalized follow-ups.
This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, commercial acumen, and the ability to pitch our platform effectively.
What you will do:
Working directly with the Head of Marketing and Commercial Director, the Sales Development Specialist will have strong communication skills and experience with:
- Qualify and follow up on marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) via email, phone, and social channels.
- Conduct market research to identify and engage new business opportunities.
- Clearly articulate product benefits and value propositions to prospective customers.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Commercial Director to align efforts with campaign goals.
- Track activities and pipeline progress using a CRM.
- Share feedback and insights from the market to inform sales, marketing and product strategies.
- Share weekly updates with Marketing and Sales on lead generation and qualification progress aligned to goals.
Who you are:
- 2–3 years in sales, business development, or lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience delivering persuasive sales pitches and handling objections.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. , HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with stakeholders.
- Experience in SaaS or B2B sales.
- Understanding of the US market or the sports industry.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed activity goals and quotas.
- Bachelor's degree required.
