Company Description

TVS Auto Bangladesh Limited started its journey in Bangladesh in 2007 and has rapidly grown to become the 2nd highest seller of two-wheelers in the country. With over 210 dealers and 10 service centers nationwide, TVS provides comprehensive `3S' facilities (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts). The company also operates a Motorcycle Manufacturing & Assembly plant in Tongi, Gazipur. TVS Auto Bangladesh is dedicated to customer satisfaction and continues to evolve to meet the ever-changing needs of its customers. It is a joint venture between T V Sundram Iyenger & Sons Ltd., India, and Rian Motors Ltd. (A concern of Sony Rangs), Bangladesh.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Manager located in Dhaka. The Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of service centers, ensuring high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include managing service staff, coordinating maintenance schedules, maintaining parts inventory, and addressing customer complaints. The Service Manager will also be responsible for implementing service strategies, conducting training sessions for staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in service management, customer service, and staff supervision
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair procedures, and inventory management
  • Ability to develop and implement service strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations and quality assurance practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field
  • Experience in the automotive or two-wheeler industry is a plus
