Job Title: Junior SEO Executive (On-site)

About the Role:

As our SEO Expert, you will be the driving force behind our search engine optimization strategy. You'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO campaigns to improve our organic rankings, drive targeted traffic, and increase conversions. This is a full-time, in-office role for a professional who thrives on data-driven results and wants to make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Execution
    : Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to achieve business objectives.
  2. Research & Analysis
    : Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  3. Technical SEO
    : Perform regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexability, site speed, schema markup, and site architecture.
  4. Content Optimization
    : Collaborate with content writers to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content for our website, blog, and landing pages.
  5. Link Building
    : Develop and implement effective and ethical link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
  6. Performance Tracking
    : Monitor, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (e.g., organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversion rates, backlinks) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
  7. Stay Updated
    : Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and cutting-edge.

Requirements (What You'll Bring):

  1. Experience: 1 year of proven, hands-on experience as an SEO Specialist or a similar role with a track record of successful SEO campaigns.
  2. Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and all facets of SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page).
  3. Tool Expertise: Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and keyword research tools.
  4. Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  5. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  6. Work Ethic: Ability to work full-time from our Dhaka office in a collaborative team environment.
