Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka for a Senior Product Developer. The Senior Product Developer will oversee and drive product development initiatives, utilizing research and development insights to create innovative solutions. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with teams on product management, refining processes to ensure efficiency, and integrating food technology expertise when applicable to product design.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in apparels Product Development, Product Management,
  • Demonstrated ability in Research and Development (R&D) to support innovative product solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strategic problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role 6+ years
