Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated
Senior .NET Developer
to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust software applications that align with Pran-RFL's strategic business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, improve existing systems, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Lead and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security standards.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
  • Implement and maintain APIs and web services to integrate with internal and external systems.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Participate actively in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies relevant to .NET development.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and data security standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in .NET development with a strong focus on C#, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.
  • Solid experience with Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database design.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or is a plus.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Knowledge of cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure, will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
