Job Description / Responsibility

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts, vouchers, receipts, payments, and journals.
  • Record and reconcile all financial transactions related to flat sales, project expenses, and construction costs.
  • Handle bank transactions, cash flow management, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements, income & expense reports, and project-wise accounts.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and cash flow forecasting for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure proper documentation for VAT, TAX, and audit purposes.
  • Support management with financial analysis and reporting for decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all accounting activities.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting & Information System
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
  • Skills Required: Project Management, Accounting, Banks & Financial, ERP Software, MS Excel, Accounts and audit, Cash Flow Management

Experience Requirements

  • At least 5 year(s)
