Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive in Flight Operations, located in Dhaka. The Executive will oversee and manage day-to-day flight operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include assisting in scheduling, coordinating resources, monitoring operational performance, and resolving issues to support seamless flight activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Operational knowledge and experience in Operations Management
  • Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • A background or experience in the aviation industry is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
